Account Manager Finance M/FJob Purpose: Due to the expansion of the Sales team, Xerox The Netherlands is looking for an Account Manager Finance. The Account Manager Finance is responsible for Xerox’s relationship with large, strategic and complex accounts in the Banking & Insurance markets. The focus of the role is ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing the delivery of contractual commitments and driving profitable, sustainable growth in those accounts. The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing an effective account plan harnessing the full input of their virtual team (e.g. including Service Delivery, Contract Executives, GDO/Technology Sales Specialists and Alliance Management representatives). Additionally, the Account Manager Finance may provide account management support (e.g. for a global account) where there is a client requirement to do so. Specifically, the Account Manager Finance should:
The ideal candidate is a commercially focussed person with a proven track record (5 – 10 years) in developing (new) Accounts. A diploma on minimal a Bachelor’s level (HEAO, HTS, etc.), a driving licence and an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both oral and in writing, are mandatory. He/ she is an experienced professional who, for example, currently works in the Banking sector, a professional services, technology or Telecoms firm. Experience within an organisation that shifted from a product focus into a services-led organisation adds value. He / she has a strong focus on the delivery of (financial) targets, has a broad experience in P&L responsibility and in keeping budgets. The Account Manager has a proven track record in developing & managing new revenue streams and complex, large scale deals. He/ she played a leading role in the business development cycle by crafting strong solutions, demonstrated consultative selling and closing skills. He / she has an entrepreneurial attitude and is able to build business from scratch, to expand and to maintain it. The preferred candidate has a proven track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagements and multi-party negotiations with partners and clients. He/ she has a broad experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organisations and a proven track record in executing business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues. The candidate has a demonstrated ability to deliver and implement new and innovative customer service propositions and has preferably an existing network at the CxO level. He / she is well able to (further) develop relationships with key clients at the executive level.
