The Innovation Center hosts engagements with customers and prospects every day and showcases our unparalleled services and technology solutions. Our on-site team crafts highly customized and personal experiences unique to each customer. We do this by understanding your business and its challenges. When visiting the center, you can expect every detail to be taken care of, including tailored agendas, Q&As with subject matter experts, and in-depth software and product demonstrations, all set in a high-tech facility above the bustling streets of New York City.

Located in our nation’s capital, the Innovation Center in Washington, DC, hosts hundreds of engagements each year. It’s the ideal place to help illustrate to new and existing customers how they can simplify their business challenges with insights, analytics and leading solutions from Xerox. This facility reflects the entire Xerox portfolio. It creates a truly engaging experience by using customer information and industry data to personalize the experience uniquely to the individual or business.

The team in DC is well skilled to craft a one-of-a-kind experience for you, with space to accommodate one-to-one meetings and a Discovery Area that can host larger groups of up 40 people. While there, you can expect highly detailed, customized experiences and hands-on demonstrations of our technology and solutions on display in the showroom. The center also features an interactive touch table with customizable content, which allows customers to deep-dive into their key areas of interest and explore others.

The Gil Hatch Center for Customer Innovation is the largest digital print showcase in the world. It is located on the Xerox Webster campus just outside of Rochester, New York. Named after a leader in the graphic communications field, Gil Hatch worked tirelessly to ensure the success of Xerox and our customers, and the team strives to continue his legacy. The center contains over 100,000 square feet of innovation in action — giving you the chance to learn about our portfolio of Xerox^® digital technology,  solutions and services all under one roof.

There are endless opportunities to host both in-person and virtual engagements that will challenge your thinking and teach you about new and emerging technologies. Gain access to our engineers, product marketers and business executives during your customized event. We also offer virtual demonstrations and briefings that are broadcast live by a team of on-camera experts, allowing your customers to experience Xerox technology from their home office. The Webster campus boasts a manufacturing line where you can see our digital presses and the newest Baltoro Inkjet Press being assembled in real time, as well as see our Liquid Metal 3D Printer and learn how Xerox is shaping the future of manufacturing.

The Chicago Innovation Center is located on the 54th floor of the Aon Center, boasting the most incredible views of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan. It has a 12,000-square-foot technology showroom with an iGen 5 settled among the clouds. The center has hosted thousands of engagements, frequently serving potential and current customers in the graphic communications, education, and healthcare industries. The center strives to demonstrate how Xerox services, technology and solutions enable both small businesses and large global enterprises to simplify the way work gets done.

In addition to the breathtaking views, this center features our portfolio of ConnectKey enabled office devices and Xerox Production Presses. There is ample space to accommodate one-to-one meetings, as well as a Discovery Room that can host groups of up to 75 people. The Innovation Center at PARC is a modern, high-tech location inside the world-renowned Palo Alto Research Center, in the heart of Silicon Valley. For almost half a century, PARC has been pioneering developments, creating systems and devising solutions that improve the human experience of technology. The team incorporates Innovation & PARC research into every customer interaction and shows how Xerox Innovation can transform their business and improve the future of how work gets done.

You’ll meet with researchers and technologists and gain insight into the latest developments and technologies to see how Xerox innovation is shaping the future of work. The center houses a portfolio of ConnectKey Technology^® enabled office devices, and Xerox Production Presses up to the iGen 5. There is space to accommodate one-to-one meetings, and a Board Room that can accommodate groups of up to 45 guests. Our on-site team crafts a highly customized and personal experience unique to each customer. This includes agendas tailored to your needs, introductions to innovative solutions, and hands-on product demonstrations.

Our brand-new Innovation Centre in Uxbridge is located just a half hour outside London. This state-of-the-art center sits alongside a protected reservoir and bumblebee sanctuary. The center was designed with this in mind and features a sleek, modern feel, but the use of glass throughout gives the illusion of the outside coming in — we even have a living wall! It opened in early 2020 and showcases Xerox’s extensive range of digital solutions, modern print capabilities and innovations that give customers and channel partners a peek into the future at Xerox. We offer a combination of in-person and virtual experiences.

Upon arrival for your in-person experience, you’ll be greeted and welcomed into the Innovation Café, where you will learn more about your visit and what you can except, which is displayed on a high-tech glass wall. There are two other distinct areas: a Discovery Area, where visitors can interact with experts at our Genius Bar or around our interactive touch table, and the Showroom, where you can conduct a hands-on demonstration on any of our ConnectKey enabled devices all the way up to the Baltoro Inkjet Press. The Saint John Virtual Demonstration Center overlooks the beautiful Saint John River in New Brunswick, Canada. Saint John is the oldest incorporated city in Canada and has been the home of our knowledge center for more than 20 years. This brain trust location has over 180 employees who support clients and partners throughout North America. 

For more than seven years, the team in Saint John has broadcast live-streaming demonstrations to over 6,000 clients.  Our goal is to provide a customized demonstration based on the needs of our clients and their industries. By achieving this level of customization, our clients see how Xerox technology can streamline their complex processes. Every live-streamed demonstration is conducted using state-of-the-art video and audio systems to enhance your experience, so there’s no need for any travel. We can stream directly to you, in the comfort of your office, wherever that may be.
